An Introduction to NI LabVIEW and Data Acquisition

NI Automated Test Seminar with TestStand

Develop your automated test and validation systems faster with NI TestStand, the powerful ready-to-run test management environment. You can use NI TestStand to develop, manage, and execute test sequences written in any programming language as well as to facilitate integration with enterprise systems. Learn how to develop an automated test system from start to finish by exploring the NI TestStand test management software to quickly add sequencing, flow control, multithreading, and reporting to your measurements and tests.

In this seminar, you will:

Learn the fundamentals of NI software including NI LabVIEW, NI TestStand, and NI Switch Executive
Develop your own test sequence for simulated devices under test

NI ELVIS

The NI electronics education platform is a unique combination of tools including NI Multisim schematic capture and SPICE simulation software, the NI ELVIS prototyping platform, NI LabVIEW, and NI LabVIEW SignalExpress interactive measurement software. The NI electronics education platform is an end-to-end toolchain that promotes interactive learning through simulation and virtual instrumentation to bridge the gap between theory and real-life circuit behavior. Gain hands on experience of this complete platform by rapidly developing applications on the latest NI ELVIS II work station.

In this seminar, you will:

Experience rapid circuit design using the NI Multisim Circuit Design environment
Take your designed circuit and perform detailed SPICE analysis with a broad range of virtual instruments
Implement signal processing techniques including Anti-aliasing and FFTs
Virtually prototype your designed circuit on a simulated breadboard
Measure the behaviour of a physical replica circuit on the ELVIS II workstation

DIAdem

DIAdem is software for managing, analysing, and reporting data collected during data acquisition and/or generated during simulations. DIAdem is designed to help you make informed decisions and meet the demands of today’s testing environments, which require quick access to large volumes of scattered data, consistent reporting, and data visualisation. This hands on session provides a unique opportunity to explore the DIAdem environment and learn methods to document test data using the DIAdem technical data management (TDM) model. Also discover how to use the new TDM Streaming API to save structured data and explore hidden features for mining your test data.

In this seminar, you will:

Write well-documented test data files with the new TDM Streaming VIs in LabVIEW
Search and mine your data to find trends and correlations
Analyse your data and create professional reports to share with others
