On receipt of your booking

You will be sent an acknowledgement letter and a VAT invoice. Please contact us if you have not received these within 7 days of your booking. Acceptance of a booking constitutes a liability for the relevant course fee or cancellation fee and is subject to our standard terms and conditions as itemised on this page. All course fees are payable within 30 days of the invoice date, but in any event, no later than 7 days prior to the start of the course. We may accept course bookings less then 7 days prior to the start of the course, subject to availability, but upon immediate payment of the full course fee. We can accept payment either by cheque or BACS (for further bank information please contact our accounts department). The course fee includes lunch, light refreshments and course materials. Approximately two weeks before the course you will receive registration details. If you have not received these 5 days before the course please telephone.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule:
We understand that changes in circumstances mean that it is not always possible for an individual booked on a course to attend. However, cancellations can cause us difficulties and are therefore subject to the following conditions.

If you cancel or reschedule a course booking the following charges will apply:
- At least 30 days before the beginning of the course: No fee
- At least 30 days but more than 7 days before the beginning of the course: 20% of the course fee

- Within 7 days of the beginning of the course or no show: 30% of the course fee

This will be payable by you or may, at the discretion of National Instruments, be deducted from any refund of fees due.

- An alternative delegate may be substituted at any time but please try to let us know in advance of the course.

If we need to cancel:

We know that the cancellation of a course by us causes inconvenience and we therefore make every endeavour to run published programmes. In the event that a course is unavailable, for whatever reason, we reserve the right to cancel the course at our discretion in which case our liability shall be restricted to a refund of any fees paid to us. National Instruments is not liable for any consequential loss, including but not limited to traveling and lodging expenses.
